We are seeking a dedicated Dispatch Associate to join our logistics operations team based in Civic Center, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site role operates from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and focuses on managing final-mile delivery operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries by coordinating drivers, tracking shipments in real time, and resolving operational challenges efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as the role requires daily interaction with drivers, warehouse personnel, carriers, business customers, and internal support teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Route Planning & Optimization: Develop and manage delivery routes considering capacity, geography, delivery windows, and operational needs.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and oversee B2B delivery appointments, maintaining accurate customer records including receiving hours, dock details, and special instructions.
- Driver Coordination: Monitor drivers during their routes, provide real-time updates, and assist in resolving any on-road issues promptly.
- Operational Monitoring: Track delivery progress, transit times, and key performance indicators to ensure consistent service quality.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with warehouses, dispatch teams, carriers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth delivery execution.
- Customer Communication: Maintain professional communication with B2B customers via calls and emails, providing delivery updates and addressing service inquiries.
- Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate dispatch reports, delivery logs, customer records, and other operational documents using Excel and reporting tools.
- Issue Resolution: Handle incoming calls and operational requests, delivering timely support to drivers and customers.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, delivery operations, or a similar area.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with US delivery or logistics operations is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of routing, delivery windows, final-mile operations, and logistics workflows.
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), routing software, GPS tracking, or mapping tools is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Confidence in communicating with US-based customers, drivers, and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
