Dispatch Officer

Chishti Box Factory (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Dispatch Officer to join its Dispatch & Logistics department. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of finished cartons to customers. This position requires close coordination with various departments including production, warehouse, sales, and transport to maintain smooth operations and uphold customer satisfaction. The role demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage documentation efficiently within an ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of finished cartons according to approved delivery orders.
- Verify quantities, sizes, specifications, and customer details before dispatch to avoid errors.
- Coordinate effectively with production, warehouse, sales, and transport departments to streamline dispatch processes.
- Prepare and maintain all dispatch-related records, including delivery challans, gate passes, and other relevant documentation.
- Oversee proper loading, handling, and transportation of finished goods to prevent damage and ensure safety.
- Monitor vehicle arrangements and delivery schedules to guarantee on-time deliveries.
- Obtain customer acknowledgments upon receipt of goods and maintain proof of delivery for record-keeping.
- Maintain daily dispatch reports and ensure all documentation is accurately entered into the ERP system.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems for documentation and reporting purposes.

Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs45,000. This is an in-person role based at the company’s facility, requiring the candidate to be physically present to manage dispatch operations effectively.
