We are seeking a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Dispatch Rider to join our shipping company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in shipping and customs clearance, with mandatory expertise in customs clearing. Previous experience as a Clearing Agent is highly preferred. This role requires someone who is well-versed in handling official documents related to shipping and customs, possesses a valid motorcycle driving license, and has strong knowledge of local routes and areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver shipping, customs, and clearance-related documents efficiently and securely.
- Visit shipping lines, customs offices, ports, banks, and other relevant government departments as needed.
- Assist the clearing department by submitting and collecting necessary documents.
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of important official documents.
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities with office staff and the operations team.
- Maintain accurate records of all document deliveries and collections.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support smooth operations.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Clearing Agent or in shipping and customs clearance.
- Education level of at least Matriculation, with Intermediate preferred.
- Valid motorcycle driving license.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs clearance procedures.
- Familiarity with customs offices, shipping lines, ports, and relevant government departments.
- Excellent communication, time management, and coordination skills.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and capable of working under pressure.
- Good understanding of local routes and areas for efficient document delivery.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience specifically as a Clearing Agent will be given preference.
