Dispatch Sales Agent (Fresh & Experienced)

Neurox Solutions is seeking motivated and confident Sales Agents to join our US/UK outbound sales campaign based in Lahore. The ideal candidates will possess strong English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage professionally with international customers. This role involves direct interaction with prospects in the US and UK markets, requiring a customer-focused approach and the drive to meet sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US and UK.
- Clearly explain products or services while identifying customer needs.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Address customer questions and objections with professionalism and tact.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Confidence in handling conversations with international clients.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven work environment.
- Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates; prior sales or call center experience is advantageous.
