Dispatch Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Dispatch Sales Agent to join our team in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to establish and maintain lasting client relationships. This role involves promoting dispatch services, generating new business opportunities, and working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Promote dispatch services and convert leads into customers.
- Negotiate rates and close sales deals effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maximize sales.
- Meet assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Previous experience in sales, dispatch, logistics, or trucking is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
