Dispatch Sales Representative – US Trucking Campaign

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dispatch Sales Representative to join our US-based Truck Dispatching Campaign. This full-time, in-person role is based in Bahria Town, Lahore, and operates on a US night shift schedule from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am, Monday through Friday. The position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 40,000 to 50,000, along with dollar-based commissions, providing significant earning potential for performance-driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads within the US trucking market.
- Initiate contact with owner-operators and trucking companies to promote dispatch services.
- Effectively sell dispatch services and convert prospects into active clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently with leads.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients to ensure smooth integration.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in truck dispatch sales.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong skills in cold-calling, lead generation, and closing sales.
- Experience working with US owner-operators and trucking companies.
- Good understanding of MC Authority and dispatch service operations.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently during night shifts.
