We are looking for young, energetic candidates to work with us in the role of Dispatch Officer.
Attributes required:
- Fluency in US English (Oral and Written)
- Good Computer Skills
- Excellent Internet Research Skills
- Good Knowledge of MS Office or Google Drive Apps
- Must have his/her own Laptop or PC with power backup (UPS)
- Must have a reliable Internet Connection
- Comfortable with US Shift timings (Night Shift as per Pakistan time)
Past experience working in a Customer Service or Sales role would be a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
- Staying in touch with the Clients to get their requirements.
- Using online tools to find Loads/Shipments based on the clients' requirements.
- Getting in touch with the Shippers to get shipment prices and paperwork.
- Sort out any issues related to any shipment on behalf of the Client, by communicating with the Shippers or any other parties involved.
- Any other tasks/responsibilities as assigned by the Managers.
On-premesis Training of at least Two Weeks will be required. After that, you will be allowed to start working from home, based on your training progress.
