Dunkin' is seeking a dedicated Dispatch & Dispatch Verification Officer for the night shift at its Korangi factory. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate verification of donut dispatches, manage returns, and maintain detailed waste records. The position requires close coordination with delivery drivers and waste vendors to uphold operational accuracy and support financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Night Dispatch: Verify donut flavors and quantities against each outlet’s order. Immediately report any shortages, excesses, or incorrect items. Obtain driver sign-off before vehicles depart.
- Morning Returns: Conduct a physical count of all returned or wasted donuts, cross-check with outlet records, and document any discrepancies.
- Waste Vendor Records: Record the date, quantity (in kilograms), waste type, and vendor details for every waste handover. Maintain an ongoing log for Finance department use.
- Afternoon Dispatch: Perform verification and record-keeping similar to the night dispatch process.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
- Proven experience in data entry is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Intermediate education is preferred.
- The role offers a monthly salary of up to Rs50,000.
- This is an in-person position based at the Korangi facility.
- Candidates must be willing and able to work night shifts.
