Dispatcher - BPO

We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our BPO team based in Blue Area, Islamabad. This role operates on a night shift schedule and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 60,000. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in dispatch or BPO environments, demonstrating strong communication and coordination abilities. This position requires working on-site and managing multiple tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch jobs or orders in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure proper execution of assignments.
- Track schedules, assignments, and the status of ongoing jobs to provide accurate updates.
- Keep detailed and accurate records related to dispatch activities and report progress regularly.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a dispatch or BPO role.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to manage interactions with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work comfortably during night shifts.
- Willingness to work on-site at the designated location.
