Dispatcher - BPO

We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our BPO team based in Blue Area, Islamabad. This role operates on a night shift schedule and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 60,000. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in dispatch or BPO environments and possess strong communication and coordination abilities. This position requires someone who can efficiently manage job assignments, maintain clear communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams, and ensure accurate record-keeping and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch jobs or orders in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain constant communication with drivers, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Track schedules, assignments, and the status of jobs to optimize workflow.
- Keep accurate records of all dispatch activities and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a BPO or dispatch role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts consistently.
