The coordinator will work closely with the kitchen, call center, and delivery personnel to ensure that orders are prepared and dispatched promptly. Attention to detail is essential, as verifying order information, addresses, and contact numbers before dispatch is a key part of the job. Monitoring delivery progress and resolving any delays or issues that arise is also critical to maintaining customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate delivery records and coordinating cash collection between riders and the cashier. Handling customer concerns related to deliveries and reporting rider attendance, delivery performance, and operational challenges to management are important aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Assign delivery orders to riders and plan efficient delivery routes.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, call center agents, and riders to ensure orders are ready and dispatched on schedule.
- Verify order details, including addresses and contact numbers, prior to dispatch.
- Monitor delivery progress and proactively address any delays or order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and manage cash collection coordination between riders and cashier.
- Respond promptly to customer concerns related to deliveries.
- Report rider attendance, delivery performance, and any operational issues to management.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in delivery coordination, dispatch, or restaurant operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Faisalabad routes and locations.
- Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak periods.
- Basic skills in record-keeping and familiarity with computer or mobile applications.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs50,000. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work on-site.
