We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative at Dispatcher Hive, a fast-growing truck dispatching service company. As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service to our clients in the trucking industry.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package ranging from PKR 35,000 to 55,000, with no age restrictions and a neutral accent requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate sales leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through phone and email communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to understand and speak English fluently.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus, but not required.
