Dispatcher

We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team at the Port Qasim plant. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials and resources to support smooth production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling and movement of materials and equipment to support production operations.
- Collaborate closely with production supervisors to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust dispatch priorities to meet deadlines and production targets.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, production activities, and dispatch operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within a manufacturing environment.

The position is based at our facility in Port Qasim, Karachi, within the building materials industry. This is a full-time, in-person role.
