Are you confident, organized, and great at communicating? Join our fast-growing logistics team as a Dispatcher and work directly with UK courier operations. You'll be the key link between our drivers and customers, making sure every delivery runs smoothly and on time. No prior experience? No problem, we'll train you.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign delivery jobs to drivers based on their location and availability
- Keep drivers and customers updated with timely ETAs
- Track deliveries to ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs
- Handle customer queries professionally over calls and WhatsApp
- Negotiate rates with clients when needed
- Solve delays and issues quickly and smartly
- Maintain accurate records of jobs and payments
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask
- Basic knowledge of UK courier/logistics is a plus
- Dispatching experience preferred but not required
- Earn up to PKR 100,000 per month
- Basic salary + performance-based commission
