Dispatcher

We are looking for a dedicated Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will work closely with owner-operator truckers based in the USA, helping them onboard onto our Motor Carrier (MC) authority and managing their freight loads from start to finish. This position demands strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate logistics efficiently to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for owner-operator truckers by completing all required paperwork and documentation.
- Search for and book loads using load boards, while negotiating rates effectively with brokers.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules, maintaining regular check-in calls until each load is successfully completed.
- Keep drivers and brokers informed throughout the transportation process, promptly addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and related documents to ensure compliance and operational transparency.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient spoken and written English skills, as daily communication with US-based drivers and brokers is essential.
- Basic computer literacy with a willingness to learn how to use load boards and dispatch software efficiently.
- Ability to work the designated shift from our Johar Town office in Lahore.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve issues quickly.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000 based on experience and performance.
