The Dispatcher role is a full-time, on-site position located in Rawalpindi. The primary responsibility is to monitor and manage real-time coordination of taxi, limo, and truck fleets, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. This includes assigning and updating trips, communicating effectively with drivers and customers, and adjusting routes based on traffic or scheduling changes. The Dispatcher will also handle urgent or emergency dispatch requests, maintain accurate trip and order records using dispatch and call management software, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet service-level goals. Additionally, the role involves supporting inbound and outbound calls related to bookings, order-taking, and general customer inquiries, always maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate real-time driver dispatch for taxi, limo, and truck fleets.
- Assign, update, and manage trips to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate clearly with drivers and customers, providing updates and handling inquiries.
- Adjust routes promptly based on traffic conditions, scheduling changes, or emergencies.
- Use dispatch and call management software to maintain accurate records of trips and orders.
- Handle urgent dispatch requests and resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
- Support inbound and outbound calls related to bookings, order-taking, and customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve service-level expectations.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with drivers, customers, and colleagues.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, including clear spoken and written English.
- Ability to manage high-volume calls professionally and effectively.
- Proficiency with dispatch and call center software, along with basic computer skills such as MS Office and web-based tools.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail to handle multiple trips and schedules simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in urgent or changing situations.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Reliable on-site attendance in Rawalpindi.
- Professional, respectful, and inclusive approach when interacting with diverse teams and customers.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
