Dispatcher

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Dispatcher to join our expanding logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day courier operations across the UK. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills to support timely and efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Allocate delivery jobs to drivers based on their locations, availability, and schedules.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers regarding delivery updates and estimated arrival times (ETAs).
- Track deliveries to ensure timely collections and drop-offs are completed as planned.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
- Negotiate delivery rates with clients when necessary.
- Address and resolve delays, operational issues, and unexpected challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Keep accurate records of jobs, payments, and delivery details for reporting and auditing purposes.

Required Qualifications

- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- Basic understanding of UK courier and logistics operations is advantageous.
- Previous dispatching experience is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

This position requires in-person attendance and offers a monthly pay range of Rs50,000.00 to Rs100,000.00.
