Dispatcher

Cloud X Operations is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team supporting a US-based transport company. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage driver assignments and maintain clear communication with both drivers and customers. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensure smooth transportation operations during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Assign bookings and jobs to drivers promptly and accurately to optimize route efficiency.
- Maintain ongoing communication with drivers throughout each trip to provide support and updates.
- Professionally handle customer calls, requests, and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor vehicle locations in real time, proactively resolving any delays or operational issues.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all bookings and related activities.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dispatching role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with drivers and customers.
- Ability to work actively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness and availability to work during US business hours to align with operational needs.
