The Dispenser/Pharmacist will be responsible for maintaining Medical stock at the Pharmacy/warehouse of HDU/ICU; maintaining a record of all the received stocks for ins and out; fulfill supply demands of ICU/HDU; keep a proper record; keep medicines and supplies safe and ensure Zero stock-outs.
- To work with the multidisciplinary team and educate nursing staff about prescribed medication regimes with the aim of improving compliance.
- Review and execute physician’s prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality
- Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster.
- Maintain full control over delivering, stocking, and labelling and consumption of medicine and other products and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deterioration.
