DISTRIBUTION MANAGER / TRADE HEAD

Frontier Dextrose Ltd. (FDL) is looking for a dynamic and commercially focused professional to lead the distribution and trade operations for its new ventures and business expansion initiatives based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth by developing effective distribution strategies, building strong trade networks, and ensuring seamless coordination across various departments. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement distribution and trade strategies to support business growth and expansion.
- Establish and strengthen distribution channels, trade networks, and strategic business partnerships.
- Identify new market opportunities and areas for growth to maximize reach and sales.
- Monitor distribution coverage, stock movement, sales performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, finance, and other relevant departments to optimize operations and achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications

- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in distribution management, trade operations, or channel development.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent negotiation, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
