Distribution Officer

Himont Group, a well-established pharmaceutical company based in Lahore, Pakistan, is looking for a motivated Distribution Officer to join its Supply Chain team. This full-time role involves supporting daily distribution activities, managing inventory tracking, and overseeing warehouse dispatch operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products across various territories. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient supply chain processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing both primary and secondary distribution operations to guarantee timely availability of products.
- Coordinate warehouse order fulfillment and dispatch processes while tracking transit to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain safety stock, and keep accurate inventory and logbook records.
- Strictly follow GDP, GMP, and regulatory guidelines in all shipping and handling procedures.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and prepare daily operational reports within established deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related business fields (BBA or MBA).
- Fresh graduates from the 2026 batch are strongly encouraged to apply; candidates with up to six months of basic supply chain experience are also welcome.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word; familiarity with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
