- Coordinate with field engineers to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
- Verify field data of the ongoing CPIs on frequent visits
- Determines engineering requirements by conducting inspections at fields and analytical tests; analyzing and synthesizing data; determining root causes; review bill of Quantities (BoQ) specifications.
- Oversee and manage the entire site construction with regard to quality assurance and time.
- Establish and ensure effective working relationships with the other team members
- Maintain close communication with the M&E about the status of CPIs and also provide necessary feedback regarding their work during the implementation period
- Ensure timely progress reporting to the Engineering section PSU/Head Office
- Quantitative /Qualitative monitoring during the field visits to selected interventions
- Any other duties/tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
