The District Field Supervisor (DFS) is a proactive and analytically skilled professional responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of project activities within an assigned district. This role requires adherence to the Project Performance Management (PPM) Operational Guidelines to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. The DFS will work closely with various stakeholders to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain the quality and consistency of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the implementation of all project activities within the designated district, ensuring alignment with PPM Operational Guidelines.
- Monitor field operations regularly to assess progress, identify issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to project performance to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication between field teams, project management, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing.
- Conduct field visits to verify the accuracy and quality of work being carried out by field staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to field personnel to enhance their performance and adherence to project standards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards during all project activities.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on field activities, challenges encountered, and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation to optimize project execution within the district.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project implementation, monitoring, or supervision roles, preferably within community development or related sectors.
