1) Make Daily Weekly and monthly visit plans and get them approved from immediate supervisor
2) Update visit plans on weekly basis with due consultation with immediate supervisor
3) Submit a detail market visit report along with competition activity in the designated area after every visit
4) Regularly achieve monthly sales targets
5) Maintain excellent work relationship with existing dealers in designated area
6) Ensure that visual merchandizing and shop branding at Dealers’ outlets is as per company’s set standards
7) Update dealers on their achievement against given targets and motivate them for improved performance
8) Provide dealers with new price list whenever there is any change in company prices
9) Coordinate company schemes in the designated regions as and when required by the management
10) To play a mediators role between the dealer and furniture maker, also resolve disputes between the two
11) Ensure dealers does not violate company policy otherwise inform supervisor immediately both verbally and in writing
12) Be very vigilant on competitors’ activities in the market and keep immediate supervisor up to date on new developments
13) Ensure excellent working relationship with dealers in the designated area and resolve their issues within 48 hours
14) Update daily activity report and submit to immediate supervisor
15) Any other task assigned by the management related to Sales & Marketing
