The role offered by the company entails:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist/ Call Center Representative with US-based customers and clients.
- Excellent verbal and written Communication, Selling, Negotiation skills.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients.
- Applicant should preferably have previous Tele sales experience in a US campaign.
- Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- At least some experience in sales, preferably in a BPO industry.
