We seek a highly organized and communicative Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of marketing and design projects, ensuring timely execution and exceptional results. This includes overseeing the development of landing pages, brochures, websites, and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to confidently interface with clients, and experience working with North American companies (a valuable asset).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with web and graphic designers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, proactively addressing potential challenges.
- Conduct client calls, establishing rapport, and ensuring the fulfillment of project objectives.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation and communication to ensure seamless information flow.
- Demonstrate superb organizational skills while managing multiple concurrent projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Proven project coordination experience in a marketing or design setting.
- Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Must be extremely organized
- Experience working with North American companies (asset).
