The DME Operations Specialist role is based in Karachi at the Main Shahra-e-Faisal location, offering a full-time, onsite position with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. This position focuses on managing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) orders efficiently while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in U.S. healthcare operations, particularly in processing DME orders, insurance verification, and prior authorizations, and will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage DME orders received from physicians, referral sources, and patients.
- Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and DME coverage to ensure accurate order processing.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on prior authorization requests with payers.
- Review and upload necessary medical documentation into EHR/EMR and healthcare CRM systems.
- Handle denials, missing documentation, and follow up on pending orders to avoid delays.
- Coordinate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance payers to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and payer policies.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Durable Medical Equipment operations, U.S. healthcare processes, or medical order management.
- Practical experience with DME order processing, insurance verification, and prior authorization procedures.
- Knowledge of denial management and handling medical documentation efficiently.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR/EMR), healthcare customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and payer portals.
- Strong English communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow up persistently.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a compliance-driven, fast-paced work environment.
