Doctor - Medical Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Doctor to join our team at the NRBD and PQ sites. This is a full-time position with a unique four-day workweek, operating from Monday to Thursday. The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, totaling 12 hours per day. The role offers a three-day weekend, with Fridays through Sundays off. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care and ensuring the well-being of patients through thorough assessments and appropriate treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and accurately diagnose medical conditions.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, including prescribing medications as necessary.
- Analyze laboratory results and make timely medical referrals when required.
- Provide patient education to promote health awareness and ensure quality care.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience in a medical setting.

Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 120,000 to Rs 140,000. The role requires physical presence at the designated work locations, ensuring direct patient interaction and hands-on medical practice.
