The position is a full-time, on-site Doctor of Pharmacy role based in Islamabad. The pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, verifying prescriptions, and ensuring accurate labeling and counseling for customers purchasing both pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. Daily tasks include reviewing patient histories, assessing potential drug interactions, providing medication and product-use counseling, and maintaining detailed, compliant records. The role also requires collaboration with team members, managing inventory, monitoring storage conditions, and supporting regulatory and safety standards. Additionally, the pharmacist will educate customers on proper product use, contribute to quality assurance processes, and assist in developing customer care protocols aligned with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and verify prescriptions to ensure patient safety.
- Provide counseling on medication use and cosmetic product applications to customers.
- Review patient histories and assess potential drug interactions.
- Maintain detailed and compliant records of prescriptions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to support inventory management and monitor storage conditions.
- Uphold regulatory compliance and safety standards within the pharmacy and retail environment.

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong clinical knowledge of medications, dosage forms, drug interactions, and counseling practices applicable to both pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
- Proven proficiency in prescription review, dispensing accuracy, medication safety, and patient education, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with pharmacy regulations, quality assurance procedures, and inventory management in a retail or community pharmacy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively serve a diverse customer base and work within a multidisciplinary team.
- High attention to detail, strong ethical standards, and commitment to non-discriminatory, patient-centered care.
- Competency with basic computer systems and pharmacy software for prescription processing, record management, and reporting.
