Key Responsibilities

- Business Process Analysis: Assist in analyzing data to identify domain-specific areas requiring change and improvement.
- Market Research & Benchmarking: Support market research initiatives and benchmarking studies to uncover industry trends and evaluate alternative third-party products where applicable.
- Optimization Initiatives: Contribute to identifying opportunities for process and functional enhancements aimed at improving overall process performance and solution delivery.
- Technical Documentation: Aid in translating technical specifications into clear, user-friendly documentation and communication materials that serve as the foundation for process implementation.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in the Payments domain.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making processes.
- Experience in conducting market research and benchmarking studies.
- Proficiency in preparing clear and concise technical documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a consulting environment and support multiple stakeholders.
