Key Responsibilities
- Utilize expertise in NetOxygen to deliver functional solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyze client needs and translate them into effective technology strategies and solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and systems.
- Support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Engage with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to build technical and functional capabilities within the team.

Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in technology services, with a strong focus on NetOxygen functional expertise.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment driven by innovation and reinvention.
