Main Accountabilities:

  • Establish and configure customer segmentation, triggers, tags, journeys, and both static and dynamic content within the CRM strategy,
  • Developing and implementing email/SMS/ WhatsApp automation strategies for multiple countries
  • Building and deploying automated email and omnichannel campaign journeys in the CRM platform
  • Developing and/or implementing AB testing strategies for email creative/ WhatsApp templates, applying learnings to future campaigns as needed
  • Providing regular journey performance reports to appropriate stakeholders
  • Testing and troubleshooting all journeys to ensure proper rendering of all campaigns
  • Designing and coding custom journey creative and email templates
  • Following the established approvals process for all designed collateral, applying changes as requested by business stakeholders, and ensuring final creative assets meet their deadline
  • Monitor key performance metrics, such as user open rates, click rates, frequency, and retention rates, and develop plans to address any issues.
