Main Accountabilities:
- Assisting in day-to-day store hiring of store staff.
- Documentation of employees and issuance of required letters.
- Coordinating on matters regarding employee attendance, turnover, absenteeism, and other operational matters.
- Resolve operations queries and grievances.
Please note: Extensive travelling is required within the city and outstation
Competencies & Skills:
- Strong command on MS Office
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong Knowledge of HR operations
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
