We are currently seeking a versatile and dedicated Administrative and Counseling Resource to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both the administrative and counseling aspects of our consultancy, fostering an environment of growth and success for our students.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and interviews.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of student information and interactions.

Counseling Support:

  • Assist student counselors in organizing counseling sessions and workshops.
  • Provide administrative support for counseling programs and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling student and family information.

Communication and Correspondence:

  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Draft and proofread written communications, including emails, letters, and reports.

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Coordinate and schedule counseling appointments for students and parents.
  • Send reminders and confirmations for scheduled appointments.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with counseling staff to streamline administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Work closely with the management team to implement and improve organizational procedures.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Handle logistics, invitations, and participant communication for counseling-related events.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and organized data related to student progress, feedback, and program effectiveness.
  • Generate reports as needed to support counseling initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, counseling, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational or counseling setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative tools.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Basic knowledge of educational counseling processes and practices.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and CRM software.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
