The Doctor Assistant position at Health Green World is a full-time, on-site role located in Rawalpindi. The assistant will support physicians in daily clinical activities, including preparing patients for consultations, recording patient histories, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records. This role is integral to ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering respectful, confidential patient service.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians by preparing patients for consultations and recording detailed patient histories.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate medical records.
- Handle patient inquiries and coordinate diagnostic tests efficiently.
- Organize prescriptions, medical reports, and ensure examination rooms are clean, well-stocked, and compliant with infection control protocols.
- Support basic clinical procedures under supervision, including measuring vital signs and assisting with routine tasks.
- Collaborate closely with medical and administrative staff to facilitate smooth clinic workflow and uphold patient confidentiality.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills, with the ability to clearly explain basic instructions while maintaining confidentiality.
- Well-developed organizational and administrative abilities, including appointment management and accurate documentation.
- Basic clinical support knowledge, such as familiarity with common medical terminology and vital signs measurement.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with office software; experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- A respectful and professional attitude towards patients from diverse backgrounds.
