Dr. Frigz International (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive internal audits across financial, operational, administrative, and production processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role involves evaluating internal controls, identifying control weaknesses and risks, and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The Internal Auditor will prepare detailed audit plans, reports, and documentation, supporting management in strengthening internal control systems without managing a team. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or certification in accounting, finance, or a related field, accompanied by at least three years of relevant experience, preferably within manufacturing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills are essential, alongside proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications. This role requires excellent attention to detail, independent work capabilities, and effective communication to coordinate audit activities across departments and ensure successful follow-up on corrective actions.
Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits covering financial, operational, administrative, and production processes to evaluate compliance and effectiveness.
Thoroughly review company policies, procedures, records, and internal controls to identify potential risks, discrepancies, and control weaknesses.
Develop audit plans, checklists, and working papers in compliance with auditing standards and company requirements.
Identify irregularities, non-conformities, and areas for improvement; report findings clearly and accurately to management.
Verify adherence to company policies and approved procedures during audit activities.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate audit processes and gather necessary information.
Perform stock, inventory, production, and process verification audits as needed to validate operational accuracy.
Support management in enhancing internal control frameworks and driving process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely and effective resolution of audit findings.
Maintain comprehensive and organized audit records, documentation, and reports for internal and external review.
