Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers with a professional and friendly approach to create a positive shopping experience.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, latest collections, size variations, and ongoing promotions.
Ensure products are presented according to the brands visual merchandising standards to attract and retain customers.
Address and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to provide a welcoming environment.
Support stock replenishment activities and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business through excellent service.
Lead and manage a team of 5 staff members, providing guidance and motivation to achieve sales and operational goals.
Adhere strictly to company policies and retail procedures to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
