As an Inbound Customer Chat Representative, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound chats inquires and effectively consult customers regarding product.
- Work with the customer in trying to find whether they would benefit by subscribing and becoming a member
- You will be chatting with up to (4) customers at the same time.
- Provide full technical support in the sphere of internet and IT.
- Report members problem to supervisor and follow up until it resolves.
- Learn about the product to provide quality services.
Requirements.
- Must be able to type 50 WPM with 0 errors.
- Minimum experience of 5 years as customer support representative.
- Must be proficient on the computer which includes being able to navigate around the web.
- Must be motivated and sales driven.
- Ability to resource product information via tools that are provided.
- Must having interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
- Must be multitask (remember, you will be taking 4 chats at a time).
Education Qualifications:
- General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level.
- English certification. Not required in the case of above mention education
