Draftsman For MEP

We are seeking a full-time, on-site MEP Draftsman based in Lahore, Pakistan, to support residential apartment and house projects. This non-managerial role requires a candidate with at least two years of relevant experience. The position operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 45,000 to 65,000. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and revising mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings, ensuring alignment with architectural and structural plans, and maintaining high accuracy in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings for residential projects.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural and structural plans to ensure consistency and integration.
- Incorporate technical comments and feedback from project engineers and architects into drawings.
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all MEP drawings before submission.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve any design discrepancies or issues related to MEP systems.
- Maintain organized documentation of all revisions and drawing versions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman, specifically in residential apartment and house projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for drafting and design purposes.
- Relevant diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with residential MEP drawings.
- Ability to work full-time on-site during morning shifts.
