Draftsman

EBONY HOME is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to join our creative and technical design team at our DHA Phase 4, Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in translating furniture concepts and interior layouts into precise technical drawings. This role requires close collaboration with designers and production teams to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Drawings: Produce detailed 2D and 3D working drawings, shop drawings, and CAD drafts specifically for high-end furniture, joinery, and interior fit-outs.
- Production Specifications: Prepare cutting lists, material specifications, hardware callouts, and assembly instructions to guide manufacturing and workshop teams effectively.
- Design Coordination: Collaborate closely with furniture designers, project managers, and workshop supervisors to maintain technical accuracy and ensure design intent is met throughout the production process.
- Revision Management: Update and modify production drafts based on client feedback, site measurements, and structural feasibility to keep projects aligned with requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Draftsman within the furniture, interior design, or joinery/woodworking industries.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) is essential; familiarity with 3Ds Max, SketchUp, or SolidWorks is considered a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of furniture construction techniques, joinery details, wood types, hardware fittings, and manufacturing workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong spatial visualization skills.
