We are seeking a skilled and responsible driver with 3 to 5 years of experience in operating official vehicles, preferably with a valid Light Transport Vehicle (LTV) license. The ideal candidate will be a local resident and have experience driving various types of vehicles such as double or single cabins, vans, and hi-roofs. This role requires a dependable individual who can ensure the proper maintenance, cleanliness, and timely availability of official vehicles while adhering to organizational policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive different official vehicles including double/single cabins, vans, and hi-roofs safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the functionality and upkeep of official vehicles, ensuring they are clean both internally and externally.
- Keep accurate records including log books, fueling details, and vehicle control documentation.
- Conduct vehicle assessments and prepare reports for submission to the supervisor.
- Ensure vehicles are available promptly when assigned for duty.
- Notify the supervisor immediately if any repairs or maintenance are required.
- Coordinate with staff when vehicles are assigned for private duties.
- Be available on short notice for emergency situations and flexible to work beyond regular hours, including holidays if needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading official materials onto vehicles as required.
- Check traffic updates before commencing any journey to ensure timely arrival.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor to support operational needs.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of prior experience driving official vehicles.
- Valid driving license, preferably LTV.
- Proven track record of safe driving and vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to maintain detailed records and reports.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with supervisors and staff.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including after duty hours and holidays.
- Local residency is preferred to ensure timely availability.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
