Hilaz is an emerging ride-hailing startup rapidly expanding its driver network to compete with industry leaders like inDrive and Yango. We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as remote interns focused on recruiting drivers to our platform. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for potential drivers, introducing them to Hilaz and assisting them throughout the sign-up process via phone. Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential drivers by phone to introduce Hilaz and communicate the benefits of joining our platform.
- Assist drivers step-by-step through the registration and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Respond to driver inquiries and concerns with clear, helpful information.
- Maintain consistent calling hours from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM to maximize outreach and engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in phone conversations.
- Self-driven, dependable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Genuine interest in startups, technology, and the ride-hailing industry.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This internship is fully remote, allowing flexibility to work from any location.
- While initially unpaid, the internship offers a monthly stipend between Rs15,000 and Rs20,000.
- Outstanding performers may be considered for full-time employment following a three-month internship period.
