- Follow the traffic signals/rules & regulations
- Drive the vehicle carefully on the designated routes (including field trips and field area) in accordance with the schedule assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure not to onboard the Unauthorized persons in the vehicle.
- While driving, make sure safety belts are properly fastened
- Follow the logistic manual and admin manual and keeping records including vehicle logs, vehicle safety, fuel and maintenance.
- Daily check and properly clean the vehicle and notify the supervisor in case of vehicle maintenance issues
- Perform duties within the context of team objectives.
- Assist organization's staff with timely schedule, route and direction information
- Maintain the positive relationships with other employees
- Attend training/staff meetings if required.
- Follow security instructions
PERSON SPECIFICATION
It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols. We have zero-tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promote or encourage SEAH.
Essential: The person should have driving experience of work in government and NGO sector.
