Supply Chain Operations Executive – Bahria Town Karachi

Drm Outsource Solutions is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Operations Executive to join our team in Bahria Town Karachi. This role focuses on optimizing supply chain processes, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth procurement and distribution of materials. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience and possess strong organizational and analytical abilities to support efficient operations within the supply chain. Attention to detail, effective communication, and a results-oriented approach are fundamental qualities for success in this position. The Supply Chain Operations Executive will work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate inventory levels, coordinate transportation, and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals. Proficiency with ERP software and systems like Transportation Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) is essential for this role. The candidate must be adept at working under pressure, managing shifting priorities, and delivering valuable insights through detailed demand forecasting and inventory control practices.
Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate terms, manage purchase orders, and track procurement processes efficiently.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and reconciliation using ERP and warehouse management systems.
Implement and optimize transportation management to ensure effective inbound and outbound logistics.
Forecast demand based on market trends, sales reports, and historical data to maintain optimal inventory levels avoiding overstocking or stockouts.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to oversee warehouse operations including inventory storage, order fulfillment, and shipment preparation.
Utilize Transportation Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline supply chain workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or risks and develop actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain detailed documentation and records related to supply chain activities and ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
Provide exceptional customer service by effectively managing stakeholder communications and resolving supply chain issues promptly.
Work efficiently under pressure, prioritize competing tasks, and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to communicate supply chain performance and key metrics to leadership.
