Drupal Developer

Algolix Technologies is seeking a talented Drupal Developer with 2 to 5 years of professional experience to join our on-site team in Johar Town, Lahore. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Drupal development, PHP, and related web technologies. This role involves developing, customizing, and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications, ensuring optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with a commitment to delivering projects on time and adhering to best coding practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal-based websites and web applications.
- Create and tailor Drupal modules, themes, and website functionalities to meet project requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following Drupal development standards.
- Utilize PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in daily development tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs promptly.
- Optimize website performance, security, and overall functionality.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely project delivery.
- Follow Drupal best practices and maintain coding standards throughout development.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience specifically in Drupal development.
- Strong understanding of Drupal CMS architecture and ecosystem.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in developing Drupal modules and themes.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems for code management.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts to support 24/7 development coverage, with weekly offs scheduled based on business needs.
