Drupal Developer

Algolix Technologies is seeking a talented Drupal Developer with 2 to 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Drupal development, PHP, and related web technologies. This role involves developing, customizing, and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications, ensuring optimal performance and security. The position is full-time and based onsite at our Johar Town office in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal-based websites and web applications.
- Create and tailor Drupal modules, themes, and website functionalities to meet project requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Utilize PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in daily development tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs promptly.
- Optimize website performance, security, and overall functionality.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely project delivery.
- Adhere to Drupal development best practices and coding standards consistently.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience specifically in Drupal development.
- Strong understanding of Drupal CMS architecture and its ecosystem.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Drupal module and theme development.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts to support 24/7 development coverage, with weekly offs scheduled according to business needs.
