A well-qualified or fresher Female Office assistant required in our showroom, for immediate apomintment with good command in basic computing such as Mailing, MS Word and Excel.
Prerequisites: MS Office, Internet, Basics of Facebook and Twitter.
Job Responsiblities :
Preparing basic excel sheets of delayed payments, records etc.
- Must have basic knowledge of Social Media platforms. Training on how to use these platforms for our business will be given.
- Managing online marketplaces like Amazon etc. and packing and dispatching orders and making entries onto excel sheets.
- Managing online portals like indiamart.
- Daily Interacting with and calling clients regarding delays in payments or delivery of materials.
- To Keep record of daily dispatch, receipt of LR, etc.
- Printing of labels/ Stickers via CorelDraw software (can be learnt during training).
- Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information.
- Maintain office filing and storage systems.
- Managing customer care number. Weekly off is Saturday.
