- Design a three-year Dua Children social media strategy/action plan (3/4 Pages) through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification – One time.
- Manage Dua Children website, upload content (5 per month), improvements within the website structure: functionality, usability, navigation by users and update of existing students, sponsors and mentors.
- Help in drafting and uploading social media posts/updates (4 - 6 posts per month) on the social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+, Flickr, etc.
- Prepare monthly analytics for Social Media to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
- Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.
