Job Responsibilities:
- Manage paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis, and testing of keyword performance.
- Ensure successful campaigns managing to be able to meet the predefined KPI’s.
- Optimize campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment.
- To identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics, and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset.
- To test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
- Plan digital media strategy by translating company business and marketing goals to the digital media space in order to maximize lead generation.
- In partnership with Analytics, utilize analysis of digital media data to maximize results, all in accordance with the AOP, KPIs, and other key metrics.
- To create visibility for management
The ideal candidate must be having:
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Fast & willing to learn
- Experience in performance marketing
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Having at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- A strong grip on data MS EXCEL, analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook ADs manage.
