Job Description:
Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for pipes and fittings
Experience:
Candidate having min 3 years experience in the same capacity
(Sanitary and Plumbing industry will be preferred)
Salary:
Market competitive salary
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters in Marketing
MBA-Marketing preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with sales executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet corporate-set goals
- Forecasting sales goals on an annually, quarterly and monthly basis
- Assisting sales team in order to achieve sales goals
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth in both long and short-term
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and distributors.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Managing and handling distributions setup of the region
- Conducting and evaluating product analysis
- Perform sales and promotional activities in the region to enhance the sale
- Analyze market trends and competitor behavior.
- Emphasis’s product features based on customers' needs
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales management
- The ability to motivate staff and lead a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to travel as needed
- Comprehensive knowledge of the trade market
